Oh, I’m telling you – I was totally knocked out before these photos were taken. Because I wanted to meet up ‘only’ for photos and some chat with my dear Susanne of muckelie. And what have we done? She chased me up the mountain over the 1000 steps trail, a staircase with actually 1150 steps. It’s not like I never do sports or anything, but that was quite exhausting. It’s just a completely different kind of movement from what I’m used to.<\/p>\n

No, this is not this staircase, after a refreshing lunch we were also on the Vita Parcours (a sports trail in the forest, there are many places in Switzerland). But it was really fun! So it was just good that I sewed a new sport bra, again the Hold’n’Sporty. In my private life I don’t wear a bra most of the time, especially at home, but when it comes to sports I really do need one too.<\/p>\n

Now I’ll probably have to slow down a bit in the next few days because of sore muscles. But I’m slowly getting fitter again, as an absolute fair-weather runner I’ll be out more in spring. Apart from the fact that the garden work is also really strict, I am rebuilding it with Papa’s help.<\/p>\n

And there we have it again from very close, the Hold’n’Sporty. Our #Patternoftheweek from today is supposed to animate us all to train diligently – after all, summer is approaching. And I want to fit back into my monokini from last year. Or maybe sew me a new one, because there is still a nice fabric lying around… \ud83d\ude09
